This Classic 26cm/6.5 Litre Dutch Oven is an essential kitchen tool. Crafted with precision, this Dutch oven features SCANPAN‘s renowned STRATANIUM non-stick coating on its surface. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, it is constructed from environmentally friendly, recycled aluminium. SCANPAN Classic cookware is not only oven safe up to 250°C but also ensures even heat distribution and exceptional durability. The handle is seamlessly integrated into the pan’s body, using a patented system that eliminates the need for rivets, screws, or springs.

Maintenance and Care
Before First Use
Prior to your first use, wash the Dutch Oven in hot soapy water using a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning
After each cooking session, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store the Dutch oven appropriately.
While this product is dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend its lifespan.
Caution: Do NOT use excessive high heat, as it may affect the non-stick performance.
