To make this celebratory concoction, we utilized a kilner Jar, which has a large 2 liter capacity to hold all the necessary components. To make your own sloe gin, however, you may use any high capacity preserving jar. This spiced sloe gin is a tasty and adaptable beverage that may be enjoyed plain, warmed, blended with chilled apple juice, or combined with other mixed drinks. Savor it on a special holiday date with someone you love or wow your guests with a delicious sloe gin drink at your Christmas dinner.
Ingredients:
- 700 milliliters of gin
- 800 grams of sloe berries
- 280 grams of granulated sugar
- A single star anise
- A handful of cloves
- A pair of crushed cinnamon sticks
- A dash of nutmeg

- Using a pointed object, such a pin or fork, puncture each fruit to release its juices and tastes.
