Use & Care
- Wash before first use and lightly season with cooking oil
- Heat over medium heat for two to three minutes during initial seasoning
- Use low to medium heat during cooking to preserve the non-stick coating
- Do not overheat empty cookware
- Always add oil, liquid, or food before heating
- Avoid metal utensils, sharp tools, and metal scrubbers
- Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for long-lasting performance
- Clean burnt residue with warm water and mild detergent
- For stubborn residue, use a gentle bleach and detergent cleaning solution as recommended
- Recondition the non-stick surface occasionally with a light coating of cooking oil

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
