The Scanpan Classic 39 x 27cm / 5L Medium Roaster with Rack is designed for versatile oven cooking, delivering reliable performance for roasting meats, poultry, vegetables, and family-sized meals. Crafted in Denmark, this durable roasting pan combines advanced non-stick technology with environmentally responsible materials to support consistent cooking results.
Manufactured using recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, the roaster heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface. This helps minimise hot spots while promoting consistent roasting results in the oven or when browning ingredients on the cooktop.
The cooking surface features SCANPAN’s exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating, engineered to deliver excellent food release and strong wear resistance. The coating is PFOA-free and designed for dependable everyday use.
This roaster is built for convenient cooktop-to-oven cooking. Brown and seal meats directly on the cooktop before transferring the pan to the oven for roasting. After cooking, the pan can return to the cooktop for preparing sauces or gravies using the natural roasting juices. A durable stainless steel rack is included to elevate food and allow fats to drain during roasting.

Cooking Versatility
The medium-sized roasting pan provides ample space for preparing poultry, roasts, vegetables, and baked dishes. The included rack lifts food above the pan surface to improve heat circulation and allow fats to drain away during roasting.

Maintenance & Care
Before First Use
Wash the roaster in warm soapy water using a soft nylon brush or cloth. Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaning products.
Routine Cleaning
After cooking, allow the roaster to cool slightly before washing. Clean using warm water, mild detergent, and a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and cooking oils. Avoid abrasive cloths or aggressive cleaning agents.
Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to maintain optimal non-stick performance and extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
