The cooking surface features SCANPAN’s exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating, developed to provide excellent food release, high wear resistance, and superior frying performance. This durable coating allows cooking with minimal oil while remaining suitable for use with metal utensils.
Handcrafted in Denmark from 93–96% recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, the pan heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface. The patented handle assembly integrates seamlessly with the pan body without rivets, screws, or springs, creating a smooth interior that simplifies cleaning and improves durability.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction, and oven safe up to 250°C, the SCANPAN Classic Induction Chef’s Pan provides flexibility for stovetop cooking as well as oven-finished dishes.

Care and Maintenance
- Avoid Overheating: Excessive heat may reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick coating and is not covered by warranty.
- Avoid Aerosol Oils: Aerosol cooking sprays can burn at lower temperatures and may affect the non-stick surface.
- Preheat Correctly: Heat the pan over medium heat for a few minutes before cooking, with or without oil.
- Cleaning: Allow the cookware to cool for several minutes before washing. Clean using warm water, mild detergent, and a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and cooking oils.
- Storage: Ensure the pan is completely clean and dry before storing.
- Dishwasher Use: Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the non-stick coating and extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
