The Global G-103 Utility Knife is a compact, everyday kitchen knife designed for a wide range of preparation tasks. Its 15 cm blade provides a useful middle ground between a small paring knife and a larger chef's knife, making it suitable for slicing, trimming, peeling and cutting fruit and vegetables.
Its compact proportions make the G-103 easy to control during detailed preparation. The blade combines flexibility with sufficient rigidity for clean and controlled cuts, while the hand-sharpened edge supports consistent performance when working with smaller ingredients and thin-skinned produce.
The blade is made from Cromova 18 stainless steel, a molybdenum-vanadium alloy with a 56–58 HRC Rockwell hardness. This steel construction is designed to provide durable edge performance together with good resistance to corrosion, making the knife suitable for regular kitchen use.
The stainless steel handle is hollow and filled with sand to create a balanced feel during use. Its ergonomic shape provides a comfortable grip, while the seamless one-piece construction between the blade and handle helps eliminate areas where food residue can accumulate and makes cleaning more straightforward.

Care Instructions
Hand wash the knife with warm water and mild neutral soap, then dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended because aggressive detergents and oxidising salts may affect the blade and finish. To help maintain the surface, avoid leaving the knife in prolonged contact with acidic ingredients.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-6 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
