The pan is engineered with a strong 6.4mm sandwich base that ensures efficient heat distribution across the cooking surface. - Before First Use: Remove all packaging and labels, then wash the pan and accessories in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before use.
- If required, assemble the glass lid knob according to the user guide instructions.
- Cleaning: Allow the cookware to cool before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or brush.
- Ensure the product is completely clean and dry before storing.
- Dishwasher use is not recommended for best long-term results; hand washing is preferred.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
