• Routine Cleaning: After cooking, allow the pan to cool before cleaning. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Prevent heat tint or streak marks by avoiding excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
