Use & Care
- Attach thermometer to the edge of a pan using the spring-steel clip on the temperature probe's shaft.
- Slide the probe's shaft through the clip until its point extends at least 6.5cm into the liquid. Ensure the probe's point does not touch the cookware's base or sides for accuracy.
- Use the sliding red pointer to mark the desired temperature, then adjust the heat source to maintain the selected setting.
