  • To prevent food from burning and sticking, use low to medium heat; avoid high heat or induction booster settings
  • Prevent sticking by lightly greasing with oil or absorbent paper before cooking
  • Avoid dishwashers for enamelled cast iron to protect the enamel and wooden handles
  • Avoid drops and knocks to preserve product integrity
  • Do not use metal scrapers or utensils that may damage the enamel
  • Dry the cookware completely after washing before storing
  • For rust patches, rub a little cooking fat on affected spots; for black matte enamel, follow drying and oil application instructions
