Maintenance and Care

Before First Use

Before using the pan for the first time, wash it in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.

Routine Cleaning

After each cooking session, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to scrub the pan vigorously, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry the pan thoroughly and store it appropriately. While this product is dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to prolong its lifespan. IMPORTANT: Avoid using excessive high heat to maintain the pan's performance and durability.
