  • Before First Use: Wash the lid in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Avoid harsh scourers.
  • Routine Cleaning: Use a soft nylon scourer to wash the lid in hot soapy water. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
  • While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to extend the product's life. Avoid excessive high heat.
