Conventional mashers can be awkward to store due to their long handle and mashing head that are fixed at right angles to each other. Delta solves this problem as the head can be neatly folded flat after use. Before using, simply lock the mashing head in position with the small sliding collar located on the shaft. After use, slide the collar back up the shaft and secure it at the base of the handle. As well as being easier to store, Delta is also more efficient to use. Its curved mashing plate is designed to fit better into the edges of a pan, which means more potato is squashed with each plunge of the masher. Suitable for non-stick cookware. Dishwasher safe.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-10 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Product Availability and Delays:
If there are issues with product availability or delays (e.g., out of stock or delivery to a rural/remote location), we will notify you promptly. In such cases, you may choose to cancel the order, and a refund will be provided for undelivered products.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
