Handcrafted in Denmark using 93%–96% recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, the wok delivers fast heat response and uniform heat distribution across the cooking surface. This construction helps minimise hot spots while providing stable cooking temperatures for consistent results.
The surface features SCANPAN’s STRATANIUM non-stick coating, developed to combine excellent food release, enhanced durability, and improved frying performance. Suitable for use with metal utensils, this coating is designed to withstand frequent, high-intensity cooking.
The heat-resistant Bakelite handle is securely attached using a patented rivet-free system, improving hygiene and making cleaning easier. Oven safe up to 250°C and compatible with all cooktops, including induction, this wok offers flexibility from stovetop cooking to oven finishing.

Care & Maintenance

- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays, as they may damage the coating

- Wash with hot soapy water using a soft nylon scourer
- Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners to protect the surface
- Ensure the wok is clean and completely dry before storage
- Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to extend lifespan

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
