SCANPAN CS+ 32cm Fry Pan is designed for large-scale cooking and high-performance results, combining advanced non-stick technology with durable multi-layer construction. Ideal for family meals and batch cooking, this pan provides consistent heat control, excellent food release, and long-term reliability.
Featuring Stratanium+ non-stick coating, this commercial-grade surface incorporates a micro-textured design that enhances searing while maintaining superior release. The improved contact between food and surface supports better browning and more controlled cooking outcomes.
Handcrafted in Denmark, the pan utilises a 5-layer clad construction with an aluminium core and brushed stainless steel exterior. This design ensures rapid heat distribution, even cooking, and strong heat retention across the entire surface, even at larger sizes.
The ergonomically designed stainless steel handle is securely riveted for strength and shaped for comfort, staying cooler for longer during use. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and oven safe up to 260°C, this pan offers flexibility for both stovetop and oven cooking.
