  • Separate all components and hand wash with hot soapy water
  • While dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended

  • Instructions for poaching eggs:
  • 1. Coat each poacher cup with a little butter or olive oil (optional).
  • 2. Add 1.5 cm of water to the poacher pan and bring it to a steady simmer on the stove top.
  • 3. Carefully place the poacher tray (with poacher cups) into the pan and warm the cups.
  • 4. Crack one egg into each poacher cup, ensuring not to pierce the yolks.
  • 5. Cover with a lid and simmer until the whites are no longer runny.
  • 6. Turn off the heat and remove the poacher pan.
  • 7. Use a spoon or spatula to remove eggs from the cups, season, and serve immediately.
