Use & Care
- Pour cold milk into the glass beaker up to the fill line.
- For hot drinks, place the glass beaker only in the microwave for 30-45 seconds (only warm the milk, do not boil).
- Position the glass beaker on the coaster and gently insert the plunger assembly.
- Pump the handle up and down until the desired froth texture is achieved (minimum of 20 times).
- Tap the glass beaker lightly 3 or 4 times and let the froth settle for a few seconds.
- Scoop out the desired quantity of froth with a spoon.
- Clean the plunger assembly with warm water and washing-up liquid. A washing-up brush may be helpful in removing any residue from the mesh filter.
- Clean the glass with a mild detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers when hand washing.
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
- Dishwasher safe for added convenience.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
