Use & Care

• Grip the blade plate and lift vertically to remove it from the unit. Keep fingers away from the blade.
• Remove the spiked gripping head and crank assembly by sliding it horizontally until it's free from the unit.
• Rinse off food residue and hand wash components in warm water and mild dishwashing detergent.
• Dry the blade plate thoroughly with a soft cloth.
• While the product is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
• Place the slicer on a smooth horizontal surface and press down gently on all four suction feet to secure it.
• Select a blade based on your desired cut.
• Slide the selected blade plate into the unit and apply downward pressure to secure it in place.
• Attach the fruit or vegetable to the food holder, ensuring it's firmly penetrated by the spikes.
• Firmly grip the handle and push the assembly forward while simultaneously rotating the food holder with the crank.
• Store unused blades inside the base.
