Use & Care
- Remove blade plate carefully by lifting vertically, keeping fingers away from blades.
- Detach spiked food holder and crank assembly by sliding out.
- Wash components with warm water and mild detergent.
- Dry blade plates thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for longevity.
- Place unit on a flat surface and secure suction feet firmly.
- Select and insert desired blade plate until locked in place.
- Attach fruit or vegetable securely onto the food holder spikes.
- Rotate handle while pushing forward to create spirals or ribbons.
- Store blades safely inside the base when not in use.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
