Avanti Whisky Rocks in this 9-piece set are crafted from high-quality black granite. These rocks are designed to chill and enhance your favorite spirit drink without diluting it, unlike traditional ice cubes that can melt and weaken the taste. These Whisky Rocks are reusable, non-porous, and odourless, ensuring they do not impart any unwanted flavors to your drink. They offer the perfect chilled drink experience from the first sip to the last. To use Whisky Rocks, simply store them in your freezer in their included velvet pouch. When needed, rinse them with water before adding 2 or 3 rocks (depending on your desired temperature) to your drink. For effective cooling, place them in the freezer for 4 hours before use. Remember to wash the Whisky Rocks before their first use, and for cleaning, rinse with warm water.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
