With three ceramic wheels designed for coarse, medium, and fine sharpening, this sharpener helps maintain the precision of your knife blades. Fill the wheel compartment with water to ensure efficient cooling and sharpening of the blade. Simply draw the knife back and forth through each stage to achieve a razor-sharp edge.Key Features:

Maintenance & Care:
- Remove the lid and fill the base tray of the sharpener with water. Secure the lid back onto the sharpener.
- Place the sharpener on a flat surface and hold it down firmly with one hand.
- Place the knife into the appropriate stage groove and move the knife back and forth using light pressure. Repeat the movement as necessary (15-20 times).
- After use, remove the lid, drain the water, and wipe the sharpener and the ceramic stones dry.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
