How to Use
- Remove the lid and fill the base tray with water before sharpening. Replace the lid securely.
- Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface and hold it firmly with one hand.
- Insert the knife into the appropriate sharpening slot and gently move the blade back and forth using light pressure.
- Repeat the sharpening motion approximately 15–20 times per stage if required.
- Start with the coarse stage if the knife is very dull, then progress to medium and fine stages.
- After sharpening, remove the lid, drain the water, and dry the sharpener and ceramic wheels thoroughly.
Maintenance & Care
- Always ensure the sharpener is placed on a stable surface during use.
- Use gentle pressure when sharpening to avoid unnecessary blade wear.
- Clean and dry the ceramic wheels after each use to maintain performance.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
