Maintenance & Care

Proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving the performance of your SCANPAN Classic Induction Grill Pan:

• Take care not to overheat the product, as this can reduce the non-stick effect. Overheating is not covered by the warranty.
• Avoid using aerosol sprays, as they burn at lower temperatures.
• Heat the product to medium heat for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil.
• For best results, clean the pan while it's still warm. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before washing it in hot water with washing up liquid. Use a soft nylon scourer to remove all food fat and residue. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths, cleaning liquids, or pastes.
• While dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the product's life.
