The SCANPAN Classic 20cm Carving Knife is designed for clean, precise carving of roasts, leg ham, turkey, and other cooked meats. Crafted from premium German stainless steel, the blade offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. The blade is precision taper-ground to achieve a refined hairline finish, which helps reduce friction while slicing and improves overall cutting efficiency.
Hardened and tested to approximately HRC 56–57 on the Rockwell hardness scale, the knife provides an effective balance between edge retention, strength, and ease of sharpening. Carefully balanced construction ensures stability and control while carving.

- Use blade-friendly cutting surfaces such as timber, bamboo, or plastic cutting boards.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces like glass, marble, or metal.

- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing and immediate drying are recommended to extend blade life.
- Store knives safely in a knife block or magnetic rack rather than loose in drawers.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
