The Emile Henry Focaccia Baker allows you to make at home the flat Italian bread of the same name, praised for its delicate, crispy crust and its light texture. Simply seasoned with herbs or garnished, Focaccia can be enjoyed at any time of the day; plain as a snack, served as appetizer bites, as flat bread sandwiches or to make thick crust pizza.
The baker made from ceramic – excellent heat diffuser – allows gentle and even baking to create a delicious focaccia that is golden and crispy on the top while remaining soft and airy inside. Plus, it will keep your focaccia warm right through the meal on top an elegant presentation.
The Emile Henry ceramic is extremely heat resistant, and can reach very high temperatures which allows for crispy results in the oven or on the barbecue.
Generous side handles make it easy to remove from the oven and serve directly at the table. The glass-based glaze, is very resistant and allows for cutting portions directly inside the dish. It also makes it easy to clean and is dishwasher-proof. All Emile Henry products are made in France and offer a ten years guarantee.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
