The Emile Henry Mini-Baguettes Bread Baker is designed for baking five individual mini baguettes at home. Its multi-loaf format is ideal for preparing smaller portions for sandwiches, snacks or individual servings, while allowing different dough recipes to be baked in the same batch.
Each cavity accommodates a mini baguette of approximately 100 g, making it easy to prepare evenly sized loaves. The baker can be used with a variety of doughs, including cereal, whole wheat and gluten-free recipes, as well as doughs finished with seeds or dried fruit.
The included lid helps regulate the humidity during baking, supporting the development of a crisp crust with a light interior. Openings at both ends of the lid provide convenient handling, while the two-piece design can be arranged compactly for storage by placing the base inside the inverted lid.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-6 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.

At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
