‘Welcome’ bowls and dishes are elaborately designed with a reinforced rim/edge allowing a great grip for easy handling while ensuring a perfect stackability. A ‘signature’ notch allows water the drain easily.

‘Welcome’ dishes are particularly adapted to standardized equipment: hot or cold counters, chafing dishes, oven, refrigerated cabinets, display cases and are even microwaves safe or salamander safe. They are designed to withstand industrial washing, shocks, and high temperatures (270°C / 520°F) as well as low temperatures (-20°C / -4°F).

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.

Return Policy
