The Global G-97 Bread Knife is designed to make slicing bread and baked goods easier, cleaner and more consistent. Its 20 cm serrated blade is well suited to cutting through crusty loaves, soft bread and pastries while helping minimise crushing and crumbling.
The broad serrated edge provides a firm bite on the surface of baked goods, while the squared blade tip supports controlled cutting movements. Its generous blade length makes it practical for producing even slices across larger loaves and baked products, making it a useful addition to both home and professional kitchens.
The blade is manufactured from Cromova 18 stainless steel, a molybdenum-vanadium alloy with a 56–58 HRC Rockwell hardness. This construction provides durability, edge retention and resistance to corrosion. The blade is hand-sharpened according to traditional Japanese methods for dependable cutting performance.
The distinctive stainless steel handle is hollow and weighted with sand to provide a balanced feel in the hand. Its ergonomic shape offers comfortable control during repeated slicing, while the seamless one-piece blade and handle construction creates a smooth surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

Care Instructions
For best results, hand wash the knife in warm water with mild neutral soap and dry it thoroughly immediately after washing. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as aggressive detergents and oxidising salts can affect the blade and finish. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods to help prevent minor surface oxidation.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-6 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
