The Global G-104 Paring Knife is designed for detailed kitchen preparation where accuracy and control are essential. Its compact profile and sharp 10 cm blade make it well suited to peeling, trimming, cleaning fruit and vegetables, shaping garnishes, and handling other precision tasks.
With its short blade, the G-104 offers excellent control when working with small ingredients or making intricate cuts. The balanced construction makes it comfortable to manoeuvre, whether it is being used for everyday food preparation at home or more detailed work in a professional kitchen.
The blade is crafted from Cromova 18 stainless steel, a molybdenum-vanadium steel developed for a combination of edge retention, hardness and corrosion resistance. With a Rockwell hardness of 56–58 HRC and traditional hand sharpening, the knife is built to provide reliable cutting performance over extended use.
Global's distinctive stainless steel handle is hollow and weighted with sand to achieve a balanced feel in the hand. The blade and handle form a seamless one-piece construction, eliminating joins where food particles can collect and making the knife straightforward to clean and maintain.

Care Instructions
For best results, hand wash the knife with warm water and mild neutral soap, then dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as harsh detergents and oxidising salts can affect the surface and edge. Avoid leaving the blade in prolonged contact with acidic ingredients, which may cause minor surface oxidation.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-6 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
