Constructed from premium 18/10 stainless steel, this wok offers excellent durability and resistance to corrosion while maintaining a professional appearance. Its generous 36cm diameter provides ample cooking space, making it well suited for preparing Asian-inspired dishes, stir-fried vegetables, noodles, rice meals, and other one-pan recipes.
The base features a strong 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich construction with an aluminium core that promotes fast and even heat distribution. This helps maintain stable cooking temperatures while reducing the risk of hot spots, which is especially important when cooking at high heat in a wok.
The wok includes a tempered glass lid that allows you to monitor cooking progress while retaining heat and moisture inside the pan. Its elegant two-tone satin and polished stainless steel finish complements contemporary kitchens, while the drip-free pouring rim helps reduce spills when serving sauces or liquids.

Maintenance and Care
Before First Use
- Wash the wok in warm soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaning products.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the wok to cool before washing; avoid placing cold water into a hot pan.
- Clean with warm soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush to remove food residue and cooking fats.
- Excessive high heat may cause heat tint or streak marks; moderate heat is recommended for best results.
- To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water to create a paste and gently rub with a soft cloth before rinsing.
- The cookware is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend product life.
- For restoring shine, a specialised cleaner such as SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner may be used.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
