Maintenance and Care
Before First Use
Wash the roaster in hot soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Avoid using harsh or abrasive scourers that may damage the surface.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the roaster to cool before washing; do not add cold water to a hot pan.
- Clean using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or soft brush to remove food residue and cooking fats.
- Heat tint or streak marks can occur from excessive high heat; avoid prolonged high temperatures when cooking.
- To remove heat streaks, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water to form a paste and gently rub in circular motions with a soft cloth before rinsing.
- The roaster is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to maintain the best appearance and extend product life.
- For restoring shine and maintaining the stainless steel finish, a dedicated stainless steel cleaner such as SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner can be used.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
