Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
Hand wash to extend the product's life; use a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush.
Avoid boiling dry and let cool before washing.
Do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the base of the cookware.
Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the enamel surface.
Recondition the enamel surface by applying a light coating of oil if needed.
Cook on low to medium heat; use high heat only for short-term searing.
Suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
Cleaning & Care:
Always cool a hot pan for a few minutes before washing.
Do not plunge a hot pan into cold water to avoid thermal shock.
Soak with warm water for 15-20 minutes to remove food residues.
Use nylon or soft abrasive pads for stubborn residues.
Store pans in a dry cupboard or airy space away from steam.
Avoid dropping or knocking the pan against hard surfaces.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
