Use & Care:
Before First Use: Hand wash cookware in warm soapy water, rinse well, and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh scourers.
After Cooking: Do not put cold water in a hot pan; wait until cool, then remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
Heat Tint Removal: Excessive high heat can cause streak marks. To remove, mix 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
Hand Wash Recommended: Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Use liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For best results, use a stainless-steel cleaner.
Handle Care: Handles may become very hot; use caution and always have good quality oven mitts available.
Suitable Cooktops: Your cookware is suitable for gas, electric, glass ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops, and oven use.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
