Before First Use
- Wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a soft nylon brush.
- Avoid abrasive scourers or harsh cleaning agents.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the pan to cool slightly after cooking before cleaning.
- Fill with warm soapy water and use a soft nylon scourer to remove food and fat residue.
- Do not use steel wool, harsh cloths, or abrasive cleaning liquids.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve long-term non-stick performance. Avoid excessive high heat during cooking to maintain coating integrity and overall durability.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
