The SCANPAN Classic 28cm Fry Pan is designed for everyday cooking performance, combining Danish craftsmanship with durable non-stick technology. Manufactured in Denmark using 100% recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, this fry pan provides excellent heat distribution and dependable durability for a wide range of cooking tasks.
Equipped with SCANPAN’s advanced STRATANIUM non-stick coating, the cooking surface allows food to release easily, helping reduce the need for added oil or fat. This makes the pan ideal for preparing eggs, vegetables, fish, pancakes, and other delicate foods while supporting healthier cooking methods.
The squeeze-cast aluminium construction ensures consistent heat across the entire cooking surface, helping minimise hot spots and providing better control during frying and sautéing. The handle is attached using a patented system without rivets, screws, or springs, creating a strong, hygienic design that enhances durability.
With its generous 28cm cooking surface, this fry pan is well suited for preparing larger meals and family-sized portions. The pan is oven safe up to 250°C and compatible with most cooktops except induction.
