Maintenance and Care

  Before First Use:
  • Wash the saucepan in hot soapy water with a nylon brush (avoid harsh scourers).
Routine Cleaning:
  • After cooking, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths, cleaning liquids, or pastes.
  • Dry and store the saucepan appropriately.
Note: While dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to extend the product's life. Avoid using excessive high heat.
