The interior features STRATANIUM non-stick coating, engineered for reliable food release and easy cleaning, making it suitable for everyday cooking. The wide base and dual side handles provide stability and balanced handling, especially when preparing larger portions.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
