At the core of its performance is the advanced STRATANIUM non-stick coating, developed to deliver reliable food release while supporting lower-fat cooking. The reinforced surface is designed for everyday use, offering dependable searing capability without sacrificing easy clean-up. This makes it suitable for proteins, vegetables, and delicate ingredients alike.
Manufactured in Denmark using recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, the pan features a dense, pressure-cast body that enhances structural strength and promotes fast, even heat distribution. The patented rivet-free handle assembly eliminates internal screws and springs, improving hygiene while strengthening overall construction. Care & Maintenance Guidelines
Correct care supports long-term non-stick performance and helps preserve the structural integrity of the pan.
- Wash thoroughly in hot, soapy water with a soft nylon brush before first use.
- Avoid steel wool, harsh scourers, or abrasive chemical cleaners.
- Allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning after cooking.
- Use warm soapy water and a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and cooking fats.
- Avoid prolonged overheating, as excessive high temperatures may reduce non-stick effectiveness over time.
- Dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended to maximise longevity.
- Dry completely before storage to prevent moisture retention.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
