With internal dimensions of 40cm x 29cm x 10cm (approximately 48cm x 30.5cm x 14.5cm including handles), this large roasting pan provides ample space for whole poultry, large cuts of meat, and family-sized roast meals.
Crafted from premium 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished interior, the pan offers excellent resistance to corrosion, flavour transfer, and staining. The smooth internal surface supports even roasting and simplifies post-cooking cleaning.
Cast stainless steel handles are securely riveted for strength and feature soft-touch silicone inserts for a more comfortable and controlled grip when lifting. Designed for use on gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops (not suitable for induction), this roasting pan is also oven safe up to 220°C, allowing flexibility across a wide range of cooking techniques.

Maintenance & Care
Before First Use
- Wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaning tools.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the pan to cool before cleaning.
- Remove food and fat residue using warm soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid excessive high heat to minimise heat tint or streak marks.
- To remove heat tint, apply a paste made from bicarbonate soda and water using a soft cloth in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve long-term appearance and performance.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
