Use & Care:
SCANPAN Classic Cookware is dishwasher safe, however SCANPAN recommends hand-washing as shown in the User Guide and drying thoroughly after use. Vigorous cleaning can be applied as SCANPAN STRATANIUM cookware is 10 times stronger than steel. The non-stick surface will give you years of great service as long as it is cleaned after each use.
Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:
Gas
Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
Ceramic/halogen cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
Induction cooktops - always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability. If a suitable replacement or exchange item is unavailable within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund the full purchase price.
