Maintenance & Care Guidelines
- Avoid overheating, as excessive high heat may reduce non-stick performance.
- Do not use aerosol oil sprays, as they may burn at lower temperatures and affect the coating.
- Preheat the pan on medium heat for a few minutes before cooking.
- Stainless steel handles may become hot during extended cooking; use oven protection when necessary.
- For best results, clean while the pan is still warm. Allow to cool briefly before washing with hot soapy water and a soft nylon scourer.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning cloths or chemical cleaners.
- Ensure the pan is fully clean and dry before storage.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend product lifespan and preserve finish.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
