Maintenance & Care
Before First Use
- Wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaning tools.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the pan to cool before adding cold water.
- Remove food and fat residue using warm soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid excessive high heat to minimise heat tint or streak marks.
- To remove heat tint, apply a paste of bicarbonate soda and water using a soft cloth in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve long-term finish and performance.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
