Maintenance and Care
Before First Use: Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Do not use harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning: After cooking, wait until the pan cools. Then, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Heat tint or streak marks can result from excessive high heat, so avoid it. To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal. While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For exceptional results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.

At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
