Maintenance and Care
Before First Use:
- Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:
- After cooking, allow the pan to cool before adding cold water. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
- While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to prolong the product's lifespan. For exceptional results, consider using SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner to restore it to an "as new" condition.
