The SCANPAN TechnIQ Bistro Pan 26cm/3.7L brings professional versatility to your kitchen, inspired by the practical cookware used in classic French bistros. With its deep, rounded design and advanced non-stick technology, this pan is engineered to handle a wide range of cooking techniques while delivering reliable performance and easy food release.
The distinctive high, curved sides allow for easy stirring, whisking, and tossing ingredients without spilling, making it ideal for dishes that require movement and control. The deeper shape also increases the pan’s versatility, allowing it to function effectively for stir-frying, sautéing, reducing sauces, and even shallow or deep frying.
Equipped with STRATANIUM+ non-stick coating, the cooking surface provides excellent food release and superior searing capability while allowing cooking with minimal oil. This durable coating is designed to withstand everyday use while supporting healthier cooking methods.
The pan is constructed from squeeze-cast aluminium made with 93–96% recycled material, offering excellent heat distribution and strong resistance to warping. The durable 18/10 stainless steel handle ensures stability and balance, making it easy to move the pan between stovetop and oven.
Designed and manufactured in Denmark, the TechnIQ Bistro Pan is oven safe up to 250°C and compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

Maintenance & Care
- Avoid overheating the pan, as excessive heat can reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick coating.
- Overheating is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Aerosol cooking sprays are not recommended as they burn at lower temperatures.
- Preheat the pan on medium heat for a few minutes before cooking.
- Stainless steel handles may become hot during extended cooking; use oven mitts when necessary.
- For cleaning, allow the pan to cool for about five minutes before washing with warm soapy water.
- Use a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and avoid abrasive cleaning products.
- Ensure the pan is fully clean before drying and storing.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
