Maintenance and Care

Before First Use: Wash the pot in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning: After cooking, allow the pot to cool before washing. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid using excessive high heat to prevent heat tint or streak marks. Streak Marks Removal: To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
