Crafted from premium 18/10 stainless steel, the pot offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Its 6.4mm bonded sandwich base with an aluminium core distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, helping reduce hot spots and improve cooking consistency. The two-tone satin and polished finish adds a refined appearance while maintaining the practical performance expected from SCANPAN cookware.
Design and Performance
The large 7.2-litre capacity provides plenty of room for preparing broths, boiling pasta, cooking shellfish, or slow-simmering soups and stews. Maintenance and Care
Before First Use- Wash the stock pot in warm soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning products or harsh scourers.
- Allow the pot to cool before washing.
- Clean with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge to remove food residue.
- Avoid excessive high heat which may cause heat tint or surface marks.
- Mix bicarbonate of soda with water to form a paste.
- Apply with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse thoroughly.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the cookware’s appearance.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.

At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
