The Square is the first induction-compatible 28 X 28Cm/4.7L non-stick roaster from SCANPAN. This versatile kitchen essential is available in two sizes and is perfect for roasting, baking, browning meat, or creating gravy on the stovetop.
Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction, you can seamlessly transition it from the cooktop to the oven. Its high walls prevent dishes from bubbling over, making it perfect for baking. The Square is oven safe up to 260 degrees Celsius and proudly designed and made in Denmark.

Maintenance and Care
Proper care ensures the longevity of The Square:- Take care not to overheat the product, as this can reduce the non-stick effect (overheating is not covered by the warranty).
- Using an aerosol spray is not recommended as it burns at lower temperatures.
- Heat the product to medium heat for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil.
- The product is best cleaned when still warm. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot water with washing up liquid. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Always ensure the product is clean before drying and storing.
- While The Square is dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to extend the product's life.
