As SCANPAN’s first square induction-compatible non-stick roaster, it offers reliable heat control and generous cooking space for roasting meats, baking casseroles, preparing vegetables, and finishing sauces directly on the cooktop.
Crafted in Denmark using squeeze-cast aluminium made from 93–96% recycled material, the roaster delivers excellent heat conductivity and consistent cooking performance. The durable body distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, helping reduce hot spots and supporting reliable results whether roasting in the oven or browning ingredients on the stovetop.
The cooking surface features SCANPAN’s advanced Stratanium+ non-stick coating, engineered to provide excellent food release, strong wear resistance, and long-term durability. Its tall sides help contain liquids and sauces during cooking, making the pan suitable for roasting, baking, braising, and preparing oven dishes without spills.
Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe up to 260°C, The Square transitions seamlessly between cooking methods, offering flexibility for everyday meals and larger oven dishes. Optional lids designed for the TechnIQ collection can be purchased separately to expand cooking possibilities.

Cooking Versatility
The square design provides a generous cooking surface that accommodates a wide range of recipes, from roasted meats and vegetables to baked pasta dishes, casseroles, and oven-finished meals. Its ability to move from cooktop to oven makes it practical for techniques such as searing, roasting, braising, and sauce preparation within the same pan.

Maintenance & Care
- Avoid overheating the cookware, as excessive heat may reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick surface.
- Aerosol cooking sprays are not recommended because they burn at lower temperatures.
- Preheat on medium heat for several minutes before cooking.
- Allow the pan to cool for approximately five minutes before washing.
- Clean using warm water, mild detergent, and a soft nylon scourer.
- Do not use abrasive cloths, steel wool, or harsh cleaning agents.
- Ensure the cookware is clean and dry before storing.
- Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to extend the life of the product.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
