The Wusthof knife Super Slicer Wave from the Gourmet The series is specially designed for chopping large items - fruits, fruit, roasts, but its wide, long serrated blade also makes it an excellent bread or cake knife. The wave shaped outwards gives a clean cut, the meat is shredded when carving.
The blade of the Wusthof Messer Super Slicer Wave is made with a precision laser from a piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) with a hardness of 56 HRC. It is characterized by absolute sharpness, permanent edge retention and high corrosion resistance.
The Wusthof knife Super Slicer Wave has a handle made of high-quality, black special plastic that is easy to clean and therefore extremely hygienic.
