The Wusthof chef's knife from the Performer series is ready to use as a versatile kitchen helper. Its 16 cm blade cradles and chops, slices, presses, shapes and transports. The typical Wusthof bolster ensures safe working. 

The blade is made from one piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and has a DLC coating. This is a diamond-like carbon that is quite strong. The blade not only looks fantastic, but is also protected against high temperatures, acids and scratches. The knife handle fits particularly well in the hand. 

We recommend rinsing and drying the Wusthof knife from the Performer series immediately after use. Never clean in the dishwasher or leave in water for a long time.
