The Aluminium Pizza Tray is safe to use in conventional and outdoor ovens. It can be stored in the freezer, but never place it over a naked flame. To clean, scrape off baked-on food residue with a spatula. Lightly scrub the tray with a soft brush and rinse with detergent in warm water. Hand wash only.-
