Built from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, the base features an optimal 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base. This layered construction promotes rapid heat transfer and even heat distribution, helping to prevent hot spots and supporting consistent simmering and slow cooking.
The distinctive ceramic conical lid encourages natural moisture circulation. As steam rises and condenses, it returns to the dish, helping maintain tenderness and depth of flavour without excessive liquid. The stylish two-tone matte and polished exterior allows the tagine to transition seamlessly from cooktop to tabletop.

Maintenance & Care
Before First Use
- Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaning products.
Routine Cleaning
- Allow the tagine base to cool before adding cold water.
- Clean using warm soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush.
- Avoid excessive high heat, which may cause heat tint on stainless steel.
- To remove heat tint, apply a paste of bicarbonate soda and water using a soft cloth in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly.
- Hand washing is recommended to preserve long-term appearance and performance.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
