The SCANPAN TechnIQ Modern Skillet 20cm is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic frying pan, engineered for professional performance and everyday kitchen versatility. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this skillet combines durable construction with advanced non-stick technology to support precise cooking results.
The pan features STRATANIUM+ non-stick coating, a commercial-grade surface designed for excellent food release and superior searing performance. This innovative coating allows cooking with little or no oil while maintaining durability for regular use.
Its thoughtfully engineered design includes lower, slanted sidewalls that make it easier to flip or turn food while allowing steam to escape efficiently. This helps keep the cooking surface dry, encouraging better browning and crust formation. The rounded base makes whisking sauces directly in the pan easier and helps food slide out smoothly when serving.
Constructed from squeeze-cast aluminium made with 93–96% recycled material, the skillet provides excellent heat distribution and structural strength. The extra-long 18/10 stainless steel handle offers balance and control, allowing you to move the pan comfortably between stovetop and oven.
Designed for versatility, the skillet is oven safe up to 250°C and compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

Maintenance & Care
- Avoid overheating the pan, as excessive heat may reduce non-stick performance.
- Overheating is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Aerosol cooking sprays are not recommended because they burn at lower temperatures.
- Preheat the skillet on medium heat for a few minutes before cooking.
- Stainless steel handles may become hot during extended cooking; use oven mitts if needed.
- For cleaning, allow the pan to cool for about five minutes before washing with warm soapy water.
- Use a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and avoid abrasive cleaning products.
- Ensure the pan is fully clean before drying and storing.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to help extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
