The Wüsthof sausage knife from the Classic Ikon series is an indispensable helper for many small cutting jobs thanks to its serrated blade, especially ideal for slicing tomatoes, hard sausage or bread rolls.
The handle is soft and comfortable to hold and the blade is forged from one piece of stainless steel (chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel) and offers the prerequisite for a high and even hardness as well as a long edge retention.
